If your planning on using the Bondarchuk system you have to have this course. You will never be able to find all the information necessary to implement the program correctly by searching the internet or by buying the transfer of training books. Derek does such a great job of taking the information we have all found on the internet which just seems to cause more confusion and frustration and answers those problems with expert advice, teaching, and training. The amount of information you receive in this course is truly unbelievable and a huge time saver. Awesome product.

It took me a bit longer to complete due to returning to College, but this course was phenomenal! Very informative and is helping me out tremendously in my programming for my athletes.
